Rates and availability are available on request for longer term stays during the Christmas and New year period and for 2 & 3 bedroom apartments.

All expenses such as electricity, phone line rental or pay TV are paid for by us - making us the best value on beach!

Booking deposits

To reserve an apartment we require a 50% deposit for bookings of more than 1 week, and 100% for shorter terms. Longer term tenants are required to place a deposit or bond equivalent to 6 weeks rent.

We accept

Payment on arrival

Full payment is required on arrival, if your booking deposit is 50%. A credit card imprint and photocopy of ID must be for security. You will also need to sign that you acknowledge our property rules (see below).

Check-in/out

We are not a hotel (rather we are a residential property). While tenants have 24hr access to the property, we do not have a 24hr reception. Guest arriving after hours will need to follow our self check-in procedure.

• Check-in: Weekdays 1 pm - 6 pm, Saturday 1pm to 4pm and Sunday 1pm to 2pm.
• Check-out: 8:30 am - 10 am sharp. Overstay charges may apply.

Late check-outs may be allowed only if an apartment is not booked for an incoming tenant, please do not be disappointed if the Property Agent cannot allow it.

Cancellations

Bookings can be cancelled/shortened up to one week (i.e. 7 days) prior to arrival, or 1 week prior to departure once in-house. Full refund is given less credit card fee (if applicable). If already in-house, the rate will adjust to reflect you actual stay length at a higher rate (if applicable). Notice of cancellation should be given by phone or email and should be confirmed by the Property Agent.

Allocation of apartments

All apartments are of the same high quality, they contain the identical facilities. They all receive generous natural light and air. No apartment position or outlook is better than another. Allocations are made by our booking system and special requests are not always possible.

Property rules

We regret that we do not accommodate groups.

We have a strict policy on littering, noisy behavior, property damage and in-room smoking. Smoking is only allowed in a designated Smokers' Point. You need to acknowledge our property rules at check-in and respect all building signage.
